As part of our growth, we are looking for a:
Process mechanic for plastics and Rubber technology, specializing in molded parts (m/f/d)
Tasks:
- Mounting/breaking of molds on the injection molding machine
and connecting the periphery - Start-up of injection molding machines incl.
Parameter setting - Manufacture of plastic injection molded parts according to
Production order - Operation and monitoring of injection molding machines
- Readjustment of the spraying parameters
- Implementation of quality controls
- Production order documentation
- Optimization of injection molding processes
Requirements:
- Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of plastic injection molding
- Experience in setting up and operating handling systems and injection molding machines, ideally Arburg and Demag
- Experience in processing thermoplastics, ideally high performance plastics such as PA, Peek, PVDF or PFA.
- Knowledge in the use of measuring and test equipment
- Ability to work in a team and independently
