The design is done with the latest 3D CAD programs. We can read and process third-party data of common formats and then present the product to you. If desired, the injection molding process can be mapped in a simulation even before the mold is created. Tool and process optimization right from the start.

We manufacture highly complex molds and tools for you together with our partners. We have been working with renowned toolmakers from southern Germany for a long time. Our own tool shop is equipped with all machine tools and a laser welding system. This enables us to safely maintain and service your tools, and to carry out repairs or modifications quickly, flexibly and cost-effectively. Design and manufacture of assembly, auxiliary, measuring and testing devices are also carried out in our own toolmaking department or in cooperation with long-standing renowned partners.
