ASG - Altdorf injection molding plant

The injection molding process is at the center of our production, allowing us to economically manufacture directly usable molded parts. We offer vertical injection, overmolding of inserts as well as multi-component technology.

We manufacture on 27 injection molding machines of modern design of the companies ARBURG and DEMAG. All machines are equipped with handling devices and Helios dryers.

Since we specialize in small injection parts (0.1 gram – 350 gram), our machines have a clamping force of 250 to 2750 kN (approx. 25 tons – 275 tons).
